The Insight Network is an established London based network of highly skilled and experienced therapists and psychiatrists offering evidence-based therapies, to help people resolve a range of common issues that they face in their day-to-day lives.

We use short duration, outcome focused psychological therapies in an individual (one to one) and/or group setting, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Analytical Therapy (CAT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), to treat common mental health issues including:
• stress, including work stress
• anxiety
• depression

Our therapists and psychiatrists work from seven clinics across London, (London Bridge, Leadenhall, Bank, St Pauls, Marylebone, Knightsbridge, Canary Wharf) as well as from five Spire hospitals around London and we are regulated by the CQC.

The Insight Network was previously known as the London Cognitive Behaviour Therapy Centres. However, we recently joined Spire Healthcare, the UK’s second largest private hospital group, and are now called “The Insight Network”.
