We are delighted to invite you to our Evening Webinar with IDF’s Responsible Officer Dr Alexandra Harkins who will be presenting on Complaints Handling in the Independent Sector.

Key points that will be covered:

  • The IDF Complaints Process and how this applies to connected and non-connected members
  • Sharing of learning from general complaint handling issues by ISCAS (Independent Sector Complaints and Adjudication Services)
